Use | Application Gallium trifluoride trihydrate can be used to prepare a long carbon chain olefin, using one or more mixtures of natural alcohols or esters as the reaction substrate, after gasification, it is reacted through a reactor equipped with a catalyst, and then the product is separated to prepare a long carbon chain olefin, the natural alcohol or ester is one or more of primary alcohol, secondary alcohol, primary ester or secondary ester with 6-18 carbon atoms, the catalyst is a mixture of metal fluoride and oxide, the mass percentage of metal fluoride in the catalyst is 8-100%, and the weight percentage of oxide in the catalyst is 0-90%, the metal fluoride is one or more of aluminum trifluoride, chromium trifluoride or gallium trihydrate, and the oxide is one or more of alumina or silica. The beneficial effect of the present invention is to provide a method and equipment for preparing long-term carbon chain olefins from natural alcohols or esters with high production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. |
